Music festivals in Indonesia are starting to bounce back. Another music festival in the archipelago comes with the full spirit, which is not only entertaining, but also puts local heroes on the national stage so they can go global. Along with national musicians such as Slank, Mahalini, Rizky Febian, Noah, and 34 performers in total, there are well-known soloist and bands who started their careers in Bali and successfully spread their wings to the national and even go-international. Even though they have succeeded in the music industry, they have not forgotten where they came from. They still insert Balinese elements in their works and performances.
By carrying out the concept of a music festival on the Beach, Prost Fest 2022 will present live music events that will provide a fresh and memorable experience for festival goers in Indonesia and travelers wherever they are. A series of famous musicians and ‘local heroes’ have certainly been prepared to perform on August 13-14, 2022 at Mertasari Beach, Sanur, Bali.
The 34 performers will perform at the Prost Stage and Singaraja Stage. For the Singaraja Stage, 70% of it will be a place for local pride artists and bands to explore from Bali. This is the one of the missions of Prost Fest 2022 which is to introduce local Balinese talents to a wider audiences.
