Ambar Ubud Bar at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is set to host Spirits of the Ubud Jungle, a two-day collaborative cocktail event happening on 27–28 February 2026. Set above the Ayung River, the event invites guests to experience cocktails shaped by place, sustainability, and shared creativity.
For two evenings, Ambar will welcome a lineup of acclaimed bars from across Asia, each bringing their own approach while drawing inspiration from Bali’s natural surroundings. Rather than a typical bar takeover, the focus is on collaboration — a quiet exchange of ideas, techniques, and flavours rooted in local culture and responsible sourcing.
The program reflects a growing shift in global bartending, where indigenous ingredients and thoughtful practices take centre stage. Each participating bar will interpret the spirit of the Ubud jungle through their own lens, creating drinks that feel expressive yet grounded.
The event unfolds in relaxed sessions, allowing guests to drop in, take their time, and enjoy the rhythm of the evening.
