Chibchips is a hidden gem of a Korean restaurant in Bali. Their offerings, including Soya chicken, spicy seafood noodle soup, beef bibimbap, and spicy pork with rice, are absolutely amazing. The bibimbap stands out as the best, with a perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of spiciness, and all the ingredients are well mixed. The price of the Soya chicken is reasonable, and it is incredibly tasty, while the spicy pork delivers that authentic Korean flavor. Another must-try is their delicious kimchi ramen, which is another Korean culinary perfection.

The cozy interior adds to the charm. If you’re craving Korean flavors, this is the place to be! Run by a Korean owner, you can expect nothing less than 100% authenticity. While it’s not a massive place, it exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Though Korean food can be slightly pricier, the quality is well worth it. People’s favorite is the Dolsot bibimbap, but the spicy noodle dish is equally scrumptious.

Undoubtedly, a true Korean BBQ delights in town, where they use charcoal instead of the grill pan that’s common in most KBBQ places here – a huge plus. Tried the samgyeopsal and haemulsundubu, and they were incredibly tasty, sizzling hot, and precisely to my liking. The seating arrangements are spot on, and the portions are quite generous. Don’t forget, they offer pajeon, salad, green veggies, kimchi, tea, and ssam for free, by the way. It’s definitely worth another visit!

Yimo Korean Restaurant

This was a real Korean Culinary Delights in Sanur In the heart of Sanur, you’ll discover a charming place run by a lovely Korean mama, offering a genuine taste of Korea with an extensive menu. They even have Soju rice wine. Comes with a wide Selection of Authentic Korean Cuisine The food here is both delicious and truly authentic. Try to savor gimbap, black bean noodles, pajeon, and bulgogi, all of which were excellent and reasonably priced. They also serve various traditional sides, including kimchi, just like in South Korea.

For you Korean food enthusiast, you will be thrilled to find kong guk-su (soybean cold noodles) on the menu, you will enjoyed gimbap (Korean rice rolls) and brown rice tea. The soybean cold noodles were a real treat, with a satisfyingly cold temperature, flavorful soybean soup, chewy noodles, and generous portions. The gimbap was equally delightful with its generous servings and delicious taste. The side dishes, while not numerous, were authentic, especially the kimchi. The only disappointment was the brown rice tea, which lacked flavor.

The Korean aunt, along with her local staff, prepares the food, and she’s not only friendly but also a skilled cook. The prices are reasonable, and the dining area, while not large, exudes a cozy atmosphere. If you’re in search of Korean cuisine in Sanur, Yimo 이모 comes highly recommended!
