Above the Could

Located in central part of Bali, in Bangli Regency, the mountain is at 1,717 meters high above the sea level. The average time needed to reach the peak is about 2-3 hours hike walk at a normal pace. It means that you need to go to bed early or take a long nap and start the hike around 3AM to be able to witness the morning glory.

If you are more into people and cultural interest, then local markets are the place to go. It vibrates the daily life of locals and their culture – getting the fresh products from surrounding areas, hearing the bargaining talk and joke in local Balinese language, tasting a different kind of local foods.
