This Savanna in Tianyar Village is indeed popular among young people. This is because this place suits people who want to hunt for Instagram-able photo spots. Here you can see horses eating grass and a background view of Mount Agung, Bali’s highest and still active mountain. The moment in morning and evening is the right time to visit here.
Savanna Nusu
Savanna Nusu is less populer than in Tianyar. Even though the view here is no less beautiful, you can enjoy the sunset from the mountains. This savanna is located in the Banjar Nusu, Sukadana Village, Karangasem.
Savanna Munduk Cinta
Another savanna in Karangasem is between Mount Agung and the waves of Tulamben beach. A Garuda bird statue is used as an object to take pictures. This statue was left after the Garuda Merah Putih activity. This savanna looks beautiful because it is decorated with weeds and chunks of rock from the eruption of Mount Agung. There is no entrance ticket for those who want to visit here.
